About Mukafati
What this is
Mukafati is a free set of end-of-service calculators for the Gulf. The name, مكافأتي, means "my gratuity" in Arabic. The goal is simple: let anyone working in the GCC find out, in under a minute and in their own language, exactly what they are owed when their job ends.
Why it exists
Most online gratuity calculators are thin, out of date, or quietly wrong. Several still apply rules that were repealed years ago. People make real decisions on those numbers. Mukafati exists to be the one that is correct, current, and clear about where its numbers come from.
How we stay independent
Mukafati is independent and not affiliated with any government body. The calculators are free to use. We plan to offer paid tools for employers who need to track end-of-service liability across a team, which is what funds the free side.
